The reason I chose this cooktop was because of the two larger burners on the front of the unit I don't seem to use smaller burners often so this setup works better for me It heats up well easier to fine tune the temp We are replacing an older cooktop so having something that would fit different size cutouts was very convenient I did think the installation instructions were deficient Our top isn't being 'held in' by anything just sitting on metal brackets that hold the base unit and class top together That bugs me a little We may add brackets Also because of the range of cutouts this unit will fit if your cutout is on the larger side your cooktop slides around in the cutout So we have to resolve that as well

The first one came broken so their packaging isn't the best Cost was refunded without problem and second one came perfect Looks great and works just as well It is different seeing the burners go off and on but it does seem to moderate the temps better than our old one So far very happy
