I replace a similer KitchenAid product11 years old Wish I had it back Well the new one looks great keeps food coldso far I was missing gray screws holding toe Grate in Service replaced them but black ones were sent I had burrs on the right handle not coveredcosmetic The Freezer Light switch is hanging half way out Both me and the service guy are afraid to push it in without damaging the wall of the freezer Ice Cubeseven new ones are frost bitten and clump together Water is never cold Water pump is extremely noisy The compressor runs continuously While not loud on the decibel scale it is a TEN on the annoyance scaleit howls so bad it makes me wish the furnace will come on to cover it up The push button interface is a downgrade from the older modelobviously a costa cutting measure The Pathetic product Price decreased 500 in 3 months since I bought it No wonder

We had a Kitchenaid Refrigirator Superba which served us well for 20 years and it was time to replace it with another one We had been comparing KRSF505 with GE Profile and Adora series which were reported as noisy and then came the KRSF705HPS model which is probably newer version of 505 with PrintShield Stainless Steel a month ago which we bought even though could not see a display at HomeDepot or BestBuy Really bright inside giving great visibility and we love the fact that it is way quiet and cannot even notice whether it is running or not We are very happy Preseva's twin cooling system Ice making is sufficient for our use but it is certainly less quantity of the smaller size ice trays Overall extremely pleased with this refrigerator Packaging tapes on the shelf tray left residue and scratches while removal and kitchenaid customer service kudos to Savannah offered to send replacement which is appreciated
